To access the support portal:
- Login to your Magnetic Account
- From the top right hand menu (next to your username) select the question mark icon
- from the dropdown menu select "Learning guides". You will be navigated to the support portal.
- Using the search menu, you can input phrases/keywords to search for any relevant articles that you may need assistance with.
Alternatively, to get in touch with us, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or you are welcome to chat with us via the live chat widget.
