We have an extensive support portal with images,videos and notes on how everything works as well as a support team who is available throughout business hours.

To access the support portal:
  • Login to your Magnetic Account
  • From the top right hand menu (next to your username) select the question mark icon
  • from the dropdown menu select "Learning guides". You will be navigated to the support portal.
  • Using the search menu, you can input phrases/keywords to search for any relevant articles that you may need assistance with.
