Attaching files in Magnetic is something you do often, sometimes daily! When you attach a file you usually make a comment to add context to the file, that’s why Magnetic has made it easier to see which files relate to which comments. Now when you attach the file, the comment and the file will display together!
This will be applied to comments and attachments on:
Contacts
Companies
Jobs
Tasks
You will be able to delete individual files on the comment or delete the comment as a whole.
When you select to upload a file, choose the file with from your computer, Google Drive or Dropbox. The drag and drop functionality isn't available at the moment but will be added shortly.
Attach files when emailing accounts from Magnetic
Please note: This feature is only applicable to users who have permissions to view or edit accounts.
Emailing a Cost Estimate from Magnetic and would like to attach a presentation in the email? No problem! Now you can attach any additional files to emails when sending account items from Magnetic.
