Keep track of your employees' performance by linking them to a line manager on Magnetic.
Follow these steps:
- Hover your mouse cursor over your name at the top of your screen.
- Click on Invite & Manage Users. In this section, you can create new users and customise their individual settings. E.g. Default billing rates and give them special permissions.
- Click on the edit icon of the user you wish to add a line manager for.
- Click on the HR bar.
- Select the line manager from the drop down menu.
